Once your flight lands, our chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name-board with your name. You’ll also receive a text confirming the chauffeur’s details and meeting point.
We monitor your flight in real-time and adjust pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge. If you land early, the chauffeur will still meet you; if delayed, we’ll wait until you arrive.
Standard parking and tolls are included in the quoted price. Waiting time is only applied in exceptional cases (such as extended immigration delays) and will be clearly communicated in advance if applicable.
